Muscle-Up Masterclass Workshop

Unlock one of calisthenics’ most iconic moves — the muscle-up. This 1-hour workshop breaks down the technique step-by-step, covering explosive pulling power, transition mechanics, and smooth bar dips.

Suitable for all levels, with progressions for beginners (banded and jumping muscle-ups) as well as advanced variations for those close to achieving their first rep. Our experienced coaches will provide tailored feedback to help you build the strength, control, and confidence needed to master the muscle-up.

Calisthenics Skills Workshop

This workshop develops both pull skills (front lever, back lever, etc.) and push skills (handstands, planche progressions, etc.).

Coaches provide technique breakdowns, spot form corrections, and adapt progressions to each participant’s ability, ensuring everyone makes progress toward their chosen skill.

Typical Agenda:
• Warm-up with activation work
• Skill instruction and technique breakdown
• Guided practice with scaled progressions
• Individual refinement with coach feedback
• Flexibility and cooldown

This was my session today and I really enjoyed it. The structure was clear, and the exercises were well-balanced. The pacing felt just right—challenging without being overwhelming—and the guidance throughout helped me stay focused. I also appreciated the encouragement, which made the session more motivating and engaging.
